Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1 to 11), I hereby request the following records:

Any and all documentation pertaining to the CPDtip program/website (www.cpdtip.com). Responsive materials should include but not be limited to:

- Initial Invitation to bid, Request for proposal respective to the project
- Any contracts with Motorola regarding the program (initial and current)
- Memorandum(s) of understanding
- Any performance of work statements
- Data retention procedures and policies
- Any invoices related to the deliverance of software, services, or goods
- Internal manuals or guides (including on how tip rewards are handled)
- Brochures and/or fact sheets

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
