The Notice of Program Reimbursement for the Delaware Psychiatric Center‘s Medicare cost report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019. Also, please provide the Notice of Program Reimbursement for each amended cost report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019, if the cost report was amended.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

What was provided in response to my FOIA request was not what I requested. I requested the Notice of Program Reimbursement (NPR) for the Delaware Psychiatric Center‘s Medicare cost report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019. Also, I requested the NPR for each amended cost report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019, if the cost report was amended.
What I received was the Medicare cost report for the FYE 6/30/2020 and NOT the NPR for the FYE 6/30/2019 Medicare cost report. Attached is an example of an NPR. The example NPR is for the Delaware Psychiatric Center for the FYE 6/30/2018.
Please let me know when I can expect to receive the NPR for the Delaware Psychiatric Center‘s Medicare cost report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019.

Dear Ms. Jackson:
What was provided on April 26, 2023 in response to my FOIA request was not what I requested. I requested the Notice of Program Reimbursement (NPR) for the Delaware Psychiatric Center‘s Medicare cost report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019.
What I received was the work papers showing how the CCRs were calculated and NOT the NPR for the FYE 6/30/2019 Medicare cost report. The NPR will have “Notice of Program Reimbursement” next to the word “Regarding” and a date next to the words “Settlement Date” on the letter from NOVITAS to the Delaware Psychiatric Center.
Please let me know when I can expect to receive the NPR for the Delaware Psychiatric Center‘s Medicare cost report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019.
