For the week of April 20th to April 24th 2020, we seek copies of any records from the Governor's email addresses that contain the following keywords:

"Reopen," "coronavirus", "covid-19," "White House" and "task force"

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

"For the week of April 20th to April 24th 2020, we seek copies of any records from the Governor's email addresses that contain the following keywords:

After performing a diligent search, our office has identified a minimum of approximately 9,000 pages of results potentially responsive to your request. The search was performed using your parameters.
To fulfill your request, we will have to undergo a legal review of the records for confidential, exempt, or privileged information in accordance with, but not limited to, O.C.G.A. 50-18-72 et. seq. Excluding the first fifteen (15) minutes of review, the estimated cost for fulfillment of your request is $1,121.25. If you agree to pay the estimated cost for such records, due to the large number of requests in front of yours, we expect to be able to provide the redacted records to you by close of business on Friday, June 19th, 2020. After performing a diligent search, using your narrowed parameters, our office has identified a minimum of approximately 2,200 pages of records potentially responsive to your request.
To fulfill your request, we will have to undergo a legal review of the records for confidential, exempt, or privileged information in accordance with, but not limited to, O.C.G.A. 50-18-72 et. seq. After performing a diligent search, using the keyword "White House" our office has identified approximately 100 pages of documents that are responsive to your request.
