Request for records on SB 389/SEA 389, batch #3

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Indiana Access to Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all written records (including but not limited to hard-copy documents, emails, word processor documents, PDF documents, etc.) created or written by Indiana State Senator Linda Rogers between January 1, 2021 and April 29, 2021 (inclusive of those dates) which have not yet been released to the general public and which contain one or more of the following words, terms, or phrases (case-insensitive):

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
