So the only records you found was a manual - report from all tribes in America.
If the state of Oklahoma is claiming a exemption fo documents would you not list what each item was.
The reason for a FOIA is to actually know what our government had done on any topic such as spraying chemicals over people by the US Army in 1953 or any other thing that might of been said or done under the emails or tribal name as listed.
The Goal is to investigate why we are poor what things you have done or might do that effect our Tribe or its members.
