To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:

- The request(s) for proposals to which the current vendor(s) responded
- Responses from other vendors to the same request for proposals
- Documents evaluating the proposals, or justifying the decision

From: Colin MacArthur

Good morning,
Thank you very much for your reply and the enclosed agreement.
However, my original request was for all of the "[court’s] case management, docketing and electronic filing systems."
I know that the Courts maintain other systems, including:
- Unified Judicial System’s web portal
- Magisterial District Judge System (commonly called MDJS
- Common Pleas “Criminal” Case Management System (called CPCMS)
- Appellate Court Management System (called PACMS)
Could you please provide the records requested for those systems, as requested originally?
Many thanks,
Colin MacArthur

From: Administrative Office Of Pennsylvania Courts

Good morning,

Please be advised that the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts does not currently use any off-the-shelf vendor product for case management or e-filling other than the PAJCIS. The Common Pleas Case Management System (CPCMS), Magisterial District Judicial System (MDJS), Pennsylvania Appellate Case Management System (PACMS), and PACFile were all built and are currently maintained in-house.

Thank you,
RJA Records Manager
