To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California's Sunshine Amendment (Cal. Const. Art. I, § 3(b)), I hereby request the following records:

All emails, notes, calendars and drafts sent, received or kept from June 1, 2009 to Nov. 15, 2010, related to the Nov. 15, 2010 MOU for the NEVP Lane Field Project, Port document #57019. Please start the search with the names Irene McCormack, Cory Briggs, Bob Nelson and Charles Black.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

From: Brad Racino

Good morning,

I have not yet heard back regarding my CPRA submitted June 12, 2015 for "all emails, notes, calendars and drafts... related to the Nov. 15, 2010 MOU for the NEVP Lane Field Project..."

While the PRA is still within the 10 business day acknowledgment period, I want to make sure it was received as I don't normally process requests through Muckrock and there may have been a mistake on my part. Please let me know that you have received this and my prior request and when the Port begins processing the request.

If possible, please also add the following names when beginning your search for documents: Brigette Browning, Unite Here.

BTW -- This is Brad Racino from inewsource.

Thanks so much.

Good morning Brad,

Liza is on vacation this week and I'm handling public records in her stead. Please bear with me as I conduct a secondary check for information on the documents you requested. One of my contacts is out of the office until Wednesday, so I won't have a response from them until then. I'll keep you posted.

Regards,
