Flight log and other reports for N844TX on May 9, 2021

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

The helicopter with the registration number N844TX flew on Sunday, May 9, 2021. I would like the following information:

1.) Name of the pilot (at least for the one who took off on 5:44 PM)
2.) Flight logs for that day
3.) Any other reports generated for or by the helicopter and/or pilot for that day (e.g. police reports)
4.) Any video recordings made by the vehicle or pilot
5.) Any audio recordings made by the vehicle or pilot

Please redact any private information in these records and license plate numbers. Also, please redact any information that might reveal the identity of any police officers that are considered undercover.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request.

I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment. For files that are too large to be sent by e-mail (e.g. video files), please use an online file sharing service such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or your own and provide a link or upload the files directly using the link provided by MuckRock. If all these options do not work, only then I would desire a CD-ROM sent by mail. However, please notify me of it being sent and send all other files through email.
