Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
1) Copies of satellite images or descriptions of satellite images taken of the area near Masaka, Rwanda in March or April of 1994 showing missiles, the trajectory of missiles fired, or indicia that missiles were previously launched from this location.
2) Copies of any satellite images or descriptions of satellite images taken of Byumba stadium, Rwanda and/or the surrounding area in April, May, or June of 1994.
3) Copies of any satellite images or descriptions of such images showing human corpses, mass graves, large fires or indicia of large fires between April, 1994 and December, 1994 in any of the following locations: Byumba, Rwanda; Rusumo, Rwanda; Rukoma, Rwanda; Gabiro, Rwanda; and Gabiro Training camp near Akagera Park, Rwanda.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
