I agree to fees up to $18. In the event that fees exceed this amount, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

On July 27, 2015 I submitted a new FOIA request, the text of which will be provided at the end of this email following the signature line. Tomorrow will be the twentieth business day since my request was made and the statutory deadline for providing the responsive records. However, to date, I have not received any acknowledgement of my request. Please provide me a tracking number and estimated date of completion for my request.

Neither my initial request nor my attempt to follow up has resulted in any acknowledgement of my request. I therefore appeal the constructive denial of my request.
