Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Public court records show that CBP Agent Gilberto Velez filed an EEOC complaint in case HS-CBP-02097-2020 in August 2020. The same court records allege that Velez has received several reprisals after his colleagues learned about the complaint. Therefore, I request the following records:

1) The aforementioned EEOC complaint in case HS-CBP-02097-2020.

2) The complete file of case HS-CBP-02097-2020.

3) Any communications, messages, emails, and attachments concerning case HS-CBP-02097-2020 and the investigation of the aforementioned complaints and notifications.
