Competitive Bidding Process To Award A Principal Developer For The West Los Angeles VA Soldiers Home (U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs)

Copies of any and all documents; including but not limited to: emails, bids, budgets, proposals, awards, agreements, applications, minutes and transcripts - which evidence, demonstrate and / or document a competitive bidding process that was performed in accordance with Public Law; to award, contract, procure or otherwise select a Principal Developer for the West Los Angeles VA, between the years of 2016 through 2021.
