This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

- All reports, studies, directives, memos, communications, proposed studies, complaints, plans of action or any other materials regarding the impact of marijuana cultivation/growth, either legally or illegally, in an outdoor environment. Please include all materials regarding the effects of marijuana-inspired deforestation or pesticide use on local flora and fauna, as well as erosive effects that may have been caused as a result.

- Please also include all contracts, agreements, memorandums of understanding, intergovernmental agreements or related materials regarding activities either related to marijuana eradication or the investigation of marijuana's effects on flora and fauna in Utah .
