We have not had any email communication issues. We received several emails from your office on this past Sunday for the first time.

Were your requests perhaps sent to Headquarters or another component?

From: Mara Berg

Hello,

For several weeks it seems DHS components were not receiving any of our users' emails, including FOIA requests submitted by our users via email from the MuckRock site. Please let us know about any similar requests or messages you receive about requests for which you have no previous record, and we will resubmit them accordingly.

Thank you for your assistance.
