This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

ICE’s S-Comm statistics for June, July, August and September 2013, according to the existing data release format ICE has made.

The concrete data requirement on S-Comm statistics is as follows:

(1) Secure Communities Statistics (IDENT/IAFIS Interoperability Statistics) through June 2013 data: Metrics, Monthly Outcomes Metrics, Outcome Metrics by State, and Outcome Metrics by County
(2) Secure Communities Statistics (IDENT/IAFIS Interoperability Statistics) through July 2013 data: Metrics, Monthly Outcomes Metrics, Outcome Metrics by State, and Outcome Metrics by County
(3) Secure Communities Statistics (IDENT/IAFIS Interoperability Statistics) through August 2013 data: Metrics, Monthly Outcomes Metrics, Outcome Metrics by State, and Outcome Metrics by County
(4) Secure Communities Statistics (IDENT/IAFIS Interoperability Statistics) through September 2013 data: Metrics, Monthly Outcomes Metrics, Outcome Metrics by State, and Outcome Metrics by County

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. I am a doctoral candidate and researcher in the School of Public Administration at Arizona State University, majoring in immigration politics and policy in the American context. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is made in the process of research and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
