Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any mass communication (such as "all-staff emails", memos, or bulletins) sent out by your agency's leadership to staff or interns in response to the Fall 2023 interns' open letter on Israel and Palestine, reported on December 6, 2023 by NBC News.

If any part of these documents are exempt from disclosure, please be sure to review and release all reasonably segregable nonexempt portions of responsive documents, as the law requires.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
