This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
- All responses to PA-17-02, "Data Call for Certain Waivers and Authorizations" (see attached PDF), received by OGE from April 28, 2017, to the date your office processes this request.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by email attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

This acknowledges receipt of your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for all responses to PA-17-02, Data Call for Certain Waivers and Authorizations, received by OGE from April 28, 2017 to the date the request is processed. Your request, which OGE received on May 5, 2017, was assigned tracking number OGE FOIA FY 17/318.
A search has been conducted and OGE has received only negative responses (i.e. "we have no records"), in the form of emails and letters from various agencies. Such records would have to be referred to each originating agency with a request that they respond directly to you. In the alternative, OGE has a spreadsheet on which we are tracking responses and negative responses. If you would accept this spreadsheet instead of requiring us to refer the "no records" responses, it would get you the relevant information much more quickly and save us a great deal of processing time, which could then be devoted to processing other FOIA requests.

As indicated in the email thread below, we sent you a link to responsive information on June 7th and advised you to contact us within two weeks if you were still interested in receiving the records described in your request.
