The Human Threat to COMSEC

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A copy of the training video titled "The Human Threat to COMSEC". The 1991 edition of the National Cryptologic School Television Center Catalog lists the video having been produced in 1983 with the catalog number TVC-919A and provides this abstract: "The object of this tape is to alert people to the serious threat to the security of U.S. cryptographic systems and the information they protect and to enlist support for recommended countermeasures.". At the time of publication this video was classified CONFIDENTIAL NOFORN.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
