Pursuant to the Montana Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any employee file document with James Fann name on it. James Fann was a LPN at the Yellowstone County Jail. Looking for the dates between August 2022 through November 2023.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

James Fann is not an employee of Yellowstone County. He was a contract employee who was stationed at the Yellowstone County Detention Facility. His employer was/is Turnkey. I have forwarded your request to them.
