Derogatory Text Messages about employees (Fox Lake Police Department)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

THE TEXT MESSAGES to, from, and among the following employees from Ryan Kelly's phone gathered under the search warrant of his arrest.

Jessica Chernich
Ryan Kelly
Donovan Day
Kealan Noonan

With the text messages expressing the following:

1. Donovan Day: texts about "fisting the administrator" and the entire thread-string

2. Jessica Chernich: texts about the finance director "pissing and shitting"

3. all images distributed among them of employees and associated derogorty comments

4. all texts in regards to "LBC" and the associated images of black celebrities

5. texts about having the mayor wrapped around their fingers

6. texts about not getting raises

7. texts from Jessica Chernich about giving Ryan Kelly about giving him employees' human resources files

8. texts about the former park director at the holiday parade including images

9. texts about the deputy clerk never being at work and being a "dumb hillbilly"

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
