The results of all ethics investigation against DC councilman Jack Evans.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I am in receipt of your April 15, 2020, Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA") request to the Council of the District of Columbia for the "results of all ethics investigations against DC councilman Jack Evans." The request is attached.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Council staff, along with most DC government employees, are working remotely. As a result, FOIA requests have been tolled, pursuant to section 503 of the COVID-19 Response Emergency Amendment Act of 2020, until a normal work schedule resumes.
