Additional Englewood Police Report for Scientology Ability School

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to Open Public Records Act ("OPRA"), I hereby request the following records:

Engelwood Police Department Investigation Report, for Dept. incident Number 1-2015-022732 (CC# C-2015-001082). This report corresponds to a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) record dated 07/06/2015 for the Ability School located at 192 W Demarest Ave, Englewood, NJ 07631.

Please note, I already received the CAD record on a previous public records request that was (coincidentally) being processed on the same afternoon this incident occurred. But the corresponding Investigation Report for this incident was not included in the records I received.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as we believe this request is in the public interest due to the the numerous controversies related to the controversial "Applied Scholastics" curriculum based on Scientology education principles being taught that has been reported in the press. Additionally, the requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
