Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. Amount/number of civil rights violations that Fontana Police have committed against its citizens from 1985-present.
2. Amount of people that have filed excessive complaints against the Fontana Police Department between 1985-present. (if possible broken down by) (a) name arresting officer (B) name of victim (c) nature of the excessive force.
3. How much money has the Fontana police department paid out in settlements between 1985- present.
4. Names & number of the people the Fontana Police Department have killed between 1952-present.
5. How many times has the Fontana Police Department had a sexual assaults' claim filed against it or one of its officers between 1985-Present.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
