Good afternoon Mr. Nash,

In response to your below-described FOIA request, please find attached a PDF copy of the PowerPoint presentation delivered at the Gilpin Court/Choice Neighborhoods Planning Grant presentation held on Monday, 5/20.

No other records were created by or for RRHA officials in preparation for this event. This includes talking points, proposed budgets, RFPs or other procurement solicitations, memoranda, or other documents.

A sign-in sheet was circulated at the event. However, staff report that all salient information on the sign-in sheet constitutes personal information which identifies participants in a federal housing assistance program. Accordingly, the document is being withheld in its entirety pursuant to Va. Code § 2.2-3705.7(8).

As always, please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
Best,
