Student athlete contract disclosures given to the University regarding student athlete name, image, and likeness activities from July 1 2021 to October 23 2023.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

We received your October 30, 2023 Public Records Act request for the
following records:
*"...Student athlete contract disclosures given to the University regarding
student athlete name, image, and likeness activities from July 1 2021 to
October 23 2023."*
SJSU has conducted a reasonable search for these records under Government
Code §7922.535 and has determined the request calls for documents that are
not disclosable under the Public Records Act. The following exemption
applies:
*Student Records*. Materials that reflect student education records or may
violate student privacy. Cal. Govt. Code §§7927.705, 7922.000; 21 U.S.C.
§1232g.
The decision that records are exempt and will not be disclosed was made by
the Records Access Officer at San Jose State University, Airleah Sivila.
