Pursuant to the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all documents related to ethics filings or disclosures by Adrienne Sandoval. Any recusals received or applied for by Adrienne Sandoval. Any communications, including emails and attachments, between Adrienne Sandoval and Marathon Petroleum Corporation. Please search your records from March 20th, 2019, to the current date. This request is made on behalf of Documented, a news media requester, and we agree to pay all applicable fees.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

Thanks for your response! Do you mean that recusals, ethics disclosures, and waivers are held in another office or division? If so, where might i find them?
Also, there are many examples of missing details in this calendar. On multiple days, you can see a "+2", indicating that there are at least 2 meetings that are not being shown. Could we see an expanded version of this calendar that has more of the requested information?

Good Morning,
Ms. Sita will be out next week. I would like to respond to your request.
Director Sandoval will have to go into the office and re-print her calendar for you to show all calendar appointments requested. This will take until July 10 due to office and time constraints.
Regarding your second question, the financial disclosure forms are at the Secretary of State's Office. A request can be sent to the Records Custodian at www.sos.state.nm.us<http://www.sos.state.nm.us>.
EMNRD has no other documents responsive to your request as stated below.
