Dear Audrey Brown,

I am little confused by your response, since you are indicating that I asked for CJIS protected information. I am only asking for signed memoranda of understanding. This is not criminal justice information.

Please fulfill my request or direct me to a supervisor so we can come to a mutually agreeable outcome without escalating further.

Sincerely,

Dave Maass
