The most recent copy of the Involuntary Exclusion list as maintained by the commission.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Please accept my apologies for no one responding to your October 7th request. For some reason, the email was blocked by our network filter and was not delivered to the KRGC Mailbox.
I have attached the Kansas Involuntary Exclusion List that you requested in your email below. The list was last updated on July 27, 2018; however, it is current through today. The casinos each maintain their own internal exclusion lists which are typically quite extensive.
There is no fee for the requested document. Thank you for your inquiry.
