"Drawing of the President's face, using phrenology, including an explanation of the facial features," presented by His Excellency Prokopis Pavlopoulos, President of Hellenic Republic, to President Barack Obama.

According to the Federal Register, this drawing's disposition is with the National Archives and Records Administration. Link:
