Pursuant to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
The contract entered into by the State of Arkansas with a vendor for the procurement of an Online Integrated and Searchable Campaign Finance Filing and Reporting System, RFP # 2022-1, issued by the Arkansas Secretary of State on Jan. 9, 2022.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Substantial portions of the contract appear to be redacted, especially on pages 32-36, pages 46-49, and pages 60-64. The redacted material appears to include, among other content, the training strategy, and screen shots of the type of system to be provided under the contract.
Can you provide an unredacted copy of the contract or explain the reason for these redactions?
