Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. All policy documents and manuals related to the use of Briefcam
2. All purchasing, procurement, and bidding documents related to Briefcam
3. All agreements or MOUs and attachments related to Briefcam

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

RTD will begin working on this request, but please be aware it may require the time of staff to fulfill.  Requests that require more than one hour of Staff Time will result in fees of $30.00 per hour (including research, assembly, monitoring of inspection, and copying). Note, however, that use of, and payment for, staff time does not guarantee that some or any responsive documents will be located.
