Pursuant to Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:

- Please provide the application by the Borough of Etna to the "Community Oriented Policing Services" Program, also known by the acronym COPS.

- Please provide a copy of the yearly federal, state and county funding, to the Borough of Etna for the "Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS)" Program to date.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

The response complied with the request for a copy of the application to the C.O.P.S. Program.

The second part of the request, is still outstanding, as to the annual funding of the program.

Also, the question still remains: have there been subsequent applications for funding of the C.O.P.S. Program?
