Marriage/Divorce Certificates

Pursuant to the Kentucky Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Marriage and Divorce applications, certificates, judgements for Peggy Joyce Shelton
(DOB: 30 MAR 1943) and Andrew Wayne Nelson (DOB: 05 JUL 1940). Marriage
took place 1960-1963. The Divorce took place 1970-1971.
Both individuals are deceased.

According to the Hopkins County Clerk: The records that you are requesting may be in the possession of the Hopkins County
Justice Center. You can submit your open records request to:

These records are related to a Missing Persons Case and possible criminal investigation out of Florida.
