A tabular data file containing all information collected in accordance with Texas Crim. Pro. Code § 2.132-4 including but not limited to: date of stop, time of stop, race of driver, gender of driver, age of driver, if search occurred, if contraband was found, anonymized officer ID, and stop location for all available years.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

RE: PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST of April 18, 2024, Reference # P076852-041824 Dear Alexander Love, In response to your above-referenced request, which was received by the City of Houston [ASSIGNED_DEPART] on April 18, 2024, the custodian of records has determined that complying with your request will result in the imposition of a charge that exceeds $40. Therefore, we are providing you with this cost estimate as required by section 552.2615 of the Texas Government Code. The itemized list of charges are: [2.75 hours ($15.00 per hour) + 20% Overhead] Labor Charge: $49.50
