-All policies regarding the keeping of statistics and data concerning the deployment and use of Tasers.
-Any relevant reports (after-action, etc) regarding the individual cases that a Massachusetts State Police officer used a taser.
-All data kept on the deployment of tasers within the department. This includes any data on how many are used, which divisions receive them, what circumstances require tasers, and how often they are used.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Mr. Waltman:

Upon review of my emails I could find no record of this request being filed with the Record Access Officer. There doesn't seem to be an email address to the Lawrence Police Department or this office referenced in the text below.

The following portion of the request appears to be taken from another request to the Massachusetts State Police:

"Any relevant reports (after-action, etc) regarding the individual cases that a Massachusetts State Police officer used a taser."

This portion of the record request doesn't seem to apply to the records of the Lawrence Police Department .

The request will be entered with this Office [Record Access Officer] today with this portion of the request included and a response provided as it is presented.

The request will be processed with today's date as it appears below without further response from you regarding this matter:
