I am trying to find my biological father. I know he served on the USS Parsons in 1980. Sometime in 1978-1979 he was in the Philippines. His name is (b)(6). I located a cruise book photo and confirmed with my mom that is him. Unfortunately, with such a common name I have not located any additional information. Any information would be helpful.
