All documents, records, agreements, contracts, communications and memoranda with AirBnB, its employees and its representatives, dating back five years from the date this request is processed.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

you contact the Department of Planning as it may relate to their home
sharing ordinance

Please note that our Code Enforcement does assist the Planning Department
with violations of home sharing. If you're interested in this aspect,

Please note that to the extent that these records identify tenants, their rent amounts, or other personal
information at the subject property, or the personal information of any other individual,
such identifying information will be redacted based on several grounds.
Government Code Section 6254(c) provides for an express exemption from disclosure of such information and
Government Code Section 6255 provides that the public interest served by not disclosing the record clearly
outweighs the public interest served by disclosure of the record. In addition, records between
LAHD and City Attorney would not be produced because they are protected by attorney client privilege.
