Below are Immediate Disclosure Requests (SF Admin Code 67.25(a)) directed to San Francisco Recreation and Park Department, Recreation and Park Commission, and Joint Zoo Committee. Your response is required by Jan 28, 2020. Rolling records responses are requested (SFAC 67.25(d)) if you are unable to immediately produce records. Exact copies (not URLs) of every responsive record are requested (Gov Code 6253(b)) - do not or print and scan electronic records or provide black and white versions of any color record - use full-fidelity PDFs. Provide only copies of records not requiring fees and in-person inspection of all other records (GC 6253).

Your non-exhaustive obligations: All withholding of any information must be justified (SFAC 67.27). All withholdings by masking or deletion (aka redactions) must be keyed by footnote or other clear reference to justification and only the minimal exempt portion of a record may be withheld (SFAC 67.26). Respond to emailed requests (SFAC 67.21(b)). You must notify us of whether or not responsive records exist and/or were withheld for each below request (Gov Code 6253(c), 6255(b)). You must state the name and title of each person responsible for withholding any information (Gov Code 6253(d)). You must do all of this in your response, and you cannot wait until we file complaints.

My apologies, I was not in the office yesterday, so this was received today. In the future, please send sunshine requests to rpdinfo@sfgov.org<mailto:rpdinfo@sfgov.org> as that account is more regularly monitored. We see you labeled your request as an immediate disclosure request. However, the immediate disclosure process is reserved for requests that are normal or routine or readily answerable, rather than requests so extensive as this. Since this is not a proper immediate disclosure request, we will instead treat it as a regular request. Therefore we will provide a response within 10 days, by February 7.

Regarding #2 of your request:
Your request is so broad that there are potentially thousands of responsive records, all of which would need to be reviewed and potentially redacted to protect private information of individuals contacting the department. To facilitate a prompt reply, we suggest you limit your request to a more limited scope (i.e. a particular user, or between specific parties, specific subject titles)
