If you are requesting for copies of 208 waivers granted to an OGE employee, you need to specify the name of that employee on the 201 form, and submit the form to 201forms@oge.gov<mailto:201forms@oge.gov>. However, if you want to get access to 208 waivers for an Executive Branch federal employee other than OGE, you need to request copies of 18 U.S.C. § 208(b)(1) waivers from the employee's home agency.
