Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Can you please produce all records pertaining to the personnel file of Mason C. Turner FCC RN:0021576244, under the Department of Defense, Department of the Airforce, 38th Cyberspace Readiness Squadron, 4th Communications wing of the MARS program. Please include personnel action reports. To aid in your search I have attached previously unencrypted email documents with a classification no higher than FOIA. It is understood that redactions may need to be made in your resulting personnel file.
This request is not being made for commercial purposes.
There should not be any fees associated with this request but in the event that there are fees, please fulfill my request along with an attached invoice. Delivery via email attachment is preferred and authorized.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Good Afternoon,
We are looking at your request from the 38th Cyberspace Readiness Squadron. When were you stationed there? Can you give us a range of dates you are looking at specifically?
Additionally, looking at your information, we are not 100% sure you are Mr. Mason Turner, and we cannot release personal records of an individual to a third party. Do you have multiple proofs of identification? If you can send us at least two forms, we can work with that.
Proofs accepted: Passport, Driver's license, Common Access Card, Birth Certificate.
