To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

- internal communications pursuant to, related to, or mentioning apparel in the online USPS “postal store” from January 1, 2020 to present;
- communications between USPS employees or contractors and members of the public or the news media related to official Postal Service apparel during that time frame;
- any internal reports, notices, memoranda, or similar such communications, related to Postal Service apparel or the public reaction thereto during that time frame;
- specifically, any records internal to the USPS, or between USPS employees and members of the public, that include the word “crop top.”

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

The request was submitted on August 18, 2020, and to my knowledge has never been acknowledged or given a tracking number, though I have followed up monthly since submitting, via email in 2020 and 2021 and then via fax this year. It is copied here as originally sent:
